Podujevë – Sot është vënë gurthemeli i Kuzhinës Qendrore në Podujevë, një projekt madhor që do të mundësojë ushqim të përgatitur për më shumë se 10 mijë fëmijë të Komunës, nga çerdhet deri te nxënësit e klasës së nëntë.
Në ceremoninë e fillimit të punimeve morën pjesë Kryeministri në detyrë i Kosovës, Albin Kurti, dhe Kryetari i Komunës së Podujevës, Shpejtim Bulliqi, të cilët e vlerësuan këtë projekt si një hap të rëndësishëm në përmirësimin e kushteve për fëmijët dhe procesin arsimor.
Kryeministri Kurti tha se ndërtimi i Kuzhinës Qendrore është një lajm i mirë jo vetëm për kujdesin ndaj fëmijëve, por edhe për mbarëvajtjen e procesit mësimor, duke theksuar se mirëqenia e nxënësve është thelbësore për suksesin në mësim. Ai shtoi se shumë shpejt kjo kuzhinë do të jetë gati për t’u përuruar.
Ndërkohë, kryetari Bulliqi theksoi se ky projekt është garanci për ofrimin e ushqimit të shëndetshëm dhe cilësor për çdo fëmijë të Podujevës. Ai kujtoi se mandati i tij ka filluar me vetëm një çerdhe publike dhe po përmbyllet me nëntë të tilla, duke rritur kapacitetet përfshirëse në arsimin parashkollor.
“Kuzhina Qendrore është përgatitja e parë për të kaluar drejt mësimit gjithëditor, duke krijuar kushte më të mira për të gjithë nxënësit tanë,” tha Bulliqi.
Projekti, i cili ka një vlerë prej 700 mijë eurosh dhe përfshin një hapësirë prej 1,150 m², do të ketë restaurant, dhoma përcjellëse dhe hapësira ndihmëse për punëtorët e administratës.
